Oops I made the mistake of upgrading to Pro
For a plugin that is all about providing customer service, I am astounded by the lack of it from the developers.
Firstly there was silence for a day after payment – nothing, no download, no thanks, nothing.
It doesn’t stop there.. the only published option for options for contacting WPSC about an issue seems to be a $99 paid service which has a support interface which is more cumbersome than their support plugin – go figure!
I managed to grap an email address from the bottom of the upgrade when it arrived and tried mailing to that. More silence.
So what’s the issue with the Pro – couple of things:
1) the sales blurb talks about files (plural) upload but I can only see functionality for a single file upload
2) the file upload functionality does not seem to be working
I’ve done the decent thing and sent short video clips showing the problem but – Silence
