Paragraph and line break formatting inconsistent.

  • I have several thousand pages on my blog, recently, about 30% of the time a page or post being created will lose all its formatting when displayed for the user. In the editing screen it looks fine. Once it has “lost” the formatting, the only way I have found to get it back is delete it completely and hope recreating the page works. This page works correctly:

    and this page won’t format:
    https://www.healthstatus.com/health_blog/back-shoulder-joint-pain/

    Typically, these are cut and pasted from a word doc, but we have also tried going from word to a text document, then cut and paste the text document and reformat, with the same results. Does anyone have any suggestions or see something we are missing?
