Paragraph HTML tags added when editing in the frontend

When I edit existing answers and comments via the “Edit” link in the frontend,
<p>-tags are added in the saved result, if the text contains paragraphs.That is: They are displayed as part of the text.
I’m using the latest version of the plugin.
