Paragraph text in rich editor mode issues

Hi,

I use rich text editor mode to render all paragraph text fields in gravity forms. But the pdf not render the exact look I wanted finally because the styles not applied to any elements. I seen the html version (with the ?html=1) argument, and it loo great there. What was wrong with this mode (paragraph text with rich text editor)? Please help and sorry for my bad english.

I am in dev environment with xampp runing. In GFPDF setting, all seem to work: wp memory available:2000MB; WP version: 4.8; GF version: 2.2.3.5; PHP version: 5.6.29 and Direct PDF protection is ON.
