Paragraphs added before and after all items?

Is there a reason the <p></p> is being added before and after every item when loaded on a page? E.g. https://www.noadschool.com/job/
If you view the source HTML it adds sometimes one and two of these <p></p>.
Can you make an update to get rid of these and instead just using padding and margins for spacing?
