Paragraphs not even working right – any ideas??

This is weird.

I am creating posts yet even though I am typing with paragraphs, the sentences are bunching together. For example:

Should read like this:

— any ideas as to why it is doing this? I have tried <br>’s in there and to no aval. :-/

It seems to happen when i put the READ MORE thing in.
