Paragraphy Entry Display on Orders

    Hi there,

    We use your plugin on our checkout page. It is used an optional field where customers can enter any special delivery instructions (e.g. if not home, leave at front door).

    We found that when our customers use their card to pay, the instructions import successfully on their order.

    However, when paying via Afterpay, despite entering info in ‘delivery instructions’ field, the info does not come through with the order. Is there anyway this can be fixed so we can see input info with afterpay orders?

  • Hi @jvluca,

    Our Flexible Checkout Fields hooks into the default WooCommerce scripts and our customly fields use the same method as WooCommerce to be created. Apparently the Afterpay gateway is interfering somehow and overwriting the values entered and saved in the checkout fields. I’m afraid it’s an issue to be solved rather by the Afterpay plugin authors than us. You might need to contact them directly and consult the whole situation you’ve encountered.
