Paralax Scroll section overlapping other content?

I have an issue where the paralax scroll section seems to cover up/overlap other content on my page. Its not a consistent error. Sometimes the page loads just fine, while others it starts the error listed above.

I have it layed out like so:

<content on page>
[parallax scroll section]
<content on page>
[parallax scroll section]
<content on page>
[parallax scroll section]
etc…

The Error seems to only show up on the “Event Map” section and like I said its not consistent.

Has anyone else had an issue similar to this? any idea on how to fix it?
