Parallax effect for featured images on pages

    Hi again, Is there a way to have a true parallax effect for the Featured Image on a Page?

    We’re currently using this excellent plugin option on our Cover Template, and works well on all devices. Earlier forum threads noted it takes lots of space, so if not workable for Pages, that makes sense.

    OK … so this is a little trickier and will require some Javacript but I don’t see why it shouldn’t be possible especially utilising the CSS in the other thread to widen the featured image and move it to the top of the page.

    We will look into this and get back to you when we have more information.

    OK, so we’ve just created a parallax option for featured images on single posts and pages which is good news. The bad news is that we’ve had to put it in the premium plugin which means we are no longer able to talk about it in this forum due to WordPress forum guidelines.
