Parallax effect not working with custom theme

Hi,

I am creating a new block theme as recommended in https://developer.www.ads-software.com/block-editor/how-to-guides/themes/block-theme-overview/ , your provided block parallax effect is working in the backend when I insert it, but its not working in the front end.

Using the new WordPress 5.8 beta version for testing purpose. I know I am working a bit advance, but if you can help me figure out what wrong with the plugin, or might be there is something missing at plugin level to compatible it with new block theme methodology ?
