Parallax & image advantages

Elementor has the nice features to make a border around an image, make its edges round and give it a shadow.
While I like for some pages the parallax effect, I’d like to combine that with those features.
The parallax effect workaround, by making a picture a background in a section cannot use those features, moreover, at small tablets and smartphone, such a picture is only for a very small part displayed.
So I use a plugin for the parallax effect, by putting a short-code in the Elementor Text Editor. But I cannot use the aforementioned picture features there. Or could I, but did not see how?
