Parallax pictures not showing on WordPress version 5.6

  • Hi!

    Yesterday I updated some plugins, and the main WordPress to version 5.6. After that the parallax background were gone. Only a grey background left. :-/

    I see the URLs of the JPG pictures in the source of the website, but not shown.

    At the “Front Page – Banner” section I can’t do anything. But I recognized, when I turned off the parallax effect at the “CTA Section Content”, the pictures shows again. But the parallax effect not working of course.

    I started to read about the version 5.6 of the WordPress, I found somewhere that the parallax effect not working anymore. Is it right?

    I had a backup, so I restored the site at localhost. First I updated the plugins, the parallax pictures shows right. But when I updated the WordPress from 5.5.3 to 5.6, the parallax pictures gone at localhost too.

    Is there anybody else who has the same problem?
    May I expect an update on Vega theme?

    Thanks for getting in touch about this!

    I’ve tested the latest version of Vega on the most recent version of WordPress (5.6), and can’t reproduce this issue- the pictures are displaying correctly and the parallax effect is working normally for me as well after the update.

    Do you happen to have a link where we could see this in action? We’d love to try to help debug the issue if possible.
