Parallax Scrolling Effect with evolve ?

Hi,
We have received a request for a website to use the Parallax Scrolling Effect. Unfortunately I couldn’t find an option in the current version. Hence my question:
a) Is this possible with the current version ?
b) if yes, is there a link with explanations ?In older versions it seem to be possible:
