    Hi – what settings have to be done for Parallax-Effect, so that it is working also in Chrome-Browser?

    Hi @christians1972,

    In order to enable parallax effect, make sure to navigate to the Section editor and Design Tab where you should enter any number in Parallax field, for example: 0.7. If this field contains any value, parallax will be enabled.

    Hi @boldthemes – thank you for your reply – it is easy to enable parallax effect, but how can i make it work in Chrome Browser? In Firefox and Safari the parallax effect works good, but not in Chrome, you can see it on your Demo-Sites.

    Hi @christians1972,

    We weren’t able to recreate the issue with Parallax effect on our Demos or on other sites which are using Bold Builder plugin.

    Please try clearing the cache on Chrome browser. If it doesn’t help, feel free to send us your site URL with WP login credentials, if it is possible, on our email ([email protected]), so that we could inspect the issue closely. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for sending us access to your Dashboard.
    Third section has parallax 0.3 and it is visible on browser Chrome, Mozilla and Opera.

    Are you still having a trouble viewing the effect?

    Hi @boldthemes – we still have trouble viewing the effect in Chrome, there is no picture in the background visible – pages from other people with parallax work fine, but ours not and your demo sites also not.

    It seems that there is an issue with parallax and the newest Chrome version. We’ve managed to find a solution until Chrome updates. Please make sure to update Bold Builder once its new version is released.

    Hi @boldthemes – thank you, now it works better in Chrome and Safari, but in Firefox very different in comparison.
