parallax slider not uploading in evolve theme

  • I have tried to upload pics into the parallax slider and after the image is uploaded, I chose select image and it hangs. I cannot return to the evolve theme options page to save the pic. I tried to refresh the window and the image never comes up. I am using IE 11 with Evolve theme 2.7.1. NEED HELP!

    Hello lesg, I have found that you are able to pull in the selected pics if you use the correct URL. Go to media > library and open the specific picture that you want to use. On the right hand side, you will see “FILE URL”. Copy and paste that link and take it back to your Evolve theme. Go to your parallax slider and copy and paste that link into the upload address location and then go to the bottom and save it. This should pull the picture from its proper location and you should see it. Please let me know if this helps. This was my first forum post. Thank you!

    I’m having the same problem, but I not sure what you mean by ‘you will see FILE URL’, were? I want to use a picture I have on my computer which is from my camera. Hope you can help me!

    This big definitely needs to be fixed though. It is time consuming.
