Paralyzing Failure

QuickChat was just what I was looking for. I had it just the way I liked it and it was working like a charm, until I get a call from my service provider (hostgator) to notify me that they’ve shut down my site because it’s consuming too many resources.
They requested I remove some of the unnecessary plugins I had installed, of which I had a few.
I also installed WP Super Cache and since then my QuickChat no longer worked. At first the sidebar widget would hang on Loading…
After many plugin deactivations and scouring the support forums for help with WP-SuperCache I switched to W3-Total Cache.
I took QuickChats off until I could resolve the issue so users wouldn’t see the broken widget, configured W3-Total Cache – but now I can’t even troubleshoot because the widget won’t load in my sidebar!
Specifically it hangs on the loading wheel next to Save on the QuickChat settings menu.
I’ve tried different browsers, deactivating widgets including SuperCache and W3, and clearing the cache.
Help! I hope I can resolve this because QuickChat rocks!
