Paramater name1 ????????

  • When trying to create woocommerce shipping labels in Germanized it says error: Parameter name1 must be between 1 and 50 characters long.

    What is Parameter name1?

    Hi there,

    the error message provided by DHL is a little challenging sometimes. The issue can be:

    1. Missing customer data (e.g. customer first name/last name or company name) from the order
    2. Missing shipper data, e.g. your own base address which can be adjusted via WooCommerce > Settings > Germanized > Shipments > General > Business Information
