Parameters not working

    Hi. I can’t seem to change the number of columns from 3. Despite any number I enter in the “Products display columns” field they only show 3 columns on the single product page.
    What should i do to get 4 columns?

    I have tested the columns function and It’s working fine.
    Have you updated to the latest version of the plugin?
    and which version of Woocommerce and wp you are using?

    Please let me know may be I could help you out.

    I face with the same problem.
    The cross sell products does not appear on my single product page.
    My Woocommerce version: 3.5.7
    My WordPress version: 5.1.1

    Please help!
