    Hello doriangray1907

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you are seeing parameters like c=446d65e629bd at the end of your site’s URL.

WooComemerce does not add parameters like this.
Let’s diagnose your website and find out what is causing this.

To start, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

    Best regards.

Hello, thank you very much for your interest. When I make Woocommerce inactive, the parameters disappear.

    Hey, @doriangray1907!

    Thanks for the report.

You mentioned you deactivated all plugins and the issue persisted, correct?

Have you deactivated all of them, including Elementor, theme plugins, and plugins to add custom code? Did you also switch to the Storefront theme while doing that?

The reason I’m asking to confirm is because, as my colleague mentioned, WooCommerce does not do that. This issue is usually caused by a plugin, so if even one remains active, it could be the cause.

Let me share some information on that in case you haven’t.

    — Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

    — Also, you can consider using a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

    — It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

You can find more about this in this guide.

Please let us know about your findings.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

Hello, I set up the site completely on another subdomain and when I did the woocommerce installation, the same problem occurred again.

    Hi @doriangray1907,

The parameters you see at the end of your URLs are because you’re probably using Geolocate (with page caching support) in your default customer location settings and have installed some caching plugins. It helps maintain a user’s cart contents while browsing the site.

To fix this, you could opt for Geolocate and bypass WooCommerce pages in your cache plugin settings, particularly the cart and checkout pages.

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.
