Parameters Value for your ViewContent Event

    can you please help with the below error received from Facebook?

    *Your server is sending an invalid ip_address, user_agent parameters value for your ViewContent event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value*.

    I would truly appreciate if you can help me to fix this error so that I can run my ads properly

    so what do you suggest I should do because I need to run my ads

    Same here this so frustrating only when working with woocommerce we are stopping our ads and lost thousand of customer In Shopify we never faced such thing

    if you’re using Woocommerce, switch to the official facebook-woocommerce plugin.

    but in all honesty, i gave up on these plugins long ago.. nothing ever works 100%.

    try PixelYourSite , at least it fires all events out of the box with no issues…
