• Hi all….

    ok, I’ve been spending (litterally) days to try to pass data from CF7 to Pardot but without success.

    I don’t get it… I think I am really close, but somehow I don’t manage.

    If someone would have a look at my log I would be really thankful.

    So… thank you very much in advance ??

    That’s super weird, but it looks like it sent to pardot which 302 redirected it back to your site, maybe with some error messaging? This part in the [history] section looks suspicious:

    Hey Zaus,

    Thank you for the response. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to me.

    Yep… I don’t know what to do anymore. I saw the error you mentioned but can’t figure it out :'(

    Does pardot support have anything to say about it?

    Had the same issue. I created a web-to-lead campaign in Salesforce, set up the Pardot connector and then applied an automation rule to drag those leads into Pardot automatically. Pardot does some things right, but form handling isn’t one of them.

    Hi there,

    I opened a case with Pardot, let’s see what they say (probably “sorry sir, third-party tool can’t help…). I’ll keep you up to date!

    @griffifr > thank you!
    We thought about that possibility. However, for us (b2b industrial product with a long sale cycle) that is kind of problematic. We are using the scoring system of Pardot and send to SF prospects (to become a lead) only when they reach a high score.

    And FYI, I tried the “Zapier way”. I first tested a form with two basic fields (name and email). It went through and created a Prospect in Pardot (no racking though but this is another story). HOWEVER… I couldn’t see in Zapier all the Pardot fields. Then I read >>
    “Custom fields using Radio Button, Checkbox, Dropdown or Multi-Select type are not supported by Pardot’s API, so they are not available in Pardot actions at this time.”
    I wanted to cry…

    I know your pain! Have you considered setting an action via Pardot automations to change lead scoring values in SF? Might be worth checking out.
