Parent Category Issue

    When I try to create a new category and I assign it to a parent category it is not showed as nested category (it is toally not showed on the shop frontend). More specificatelly is is not showed but if i open it separatelly on a new page the new category works fine with the relative content.

    How to fix such problem ?

    It looks like you’re using a multilangiage plugin – are you seeing the same thing when temporarily deactivating that plugin (I’m assuming it’s WPML)? The reason I’m asking is that I’ve seen hierarchical issues with categories before that was related to using multiple languages ??

    We use qtranslate-x plugins.
    I tried to disable all of them:
    All in One SEO Pack & qTranslate-X
    mqtranslate langcode widget selector
    qTranslate slug
    qTranslate-X
    WooCommerce & qTranslate-X

    but the results is the same…

    HELP!

    We find the issue… each products was not assigned properly true the new gerarchy.
