    Hi,

Possibly a duplicate of another topic with no answer called “page no resizing” from user Chloe1995

cannot link a page since is in dev locally,
so the div “ftg-items” will get a bigger height when I shrink the width but if I enlarge the window width again, the height will stay too big, creating a blank space.

  • Hi @to8gal,

Thank you for reaching out to us!
I am unable to replicate this on my end.
Is it possible to send me a screenshot with your gallery settings?

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

as you know is not possible to attach images here,

so if you tell me a spcific settings you want to know,

beside Name description I attach here all is in general section:

    Layout Final Tiles
    Width 100%
    margin px 0
    Images order random
    size of grid px 25
disable grid size belowresolution px 800

    Hi @to8gal,

I tried the same thing again with those settings but unfortunately I was still unable to replicate this issue.
I recommend installing this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate Final Tiles Gallery and see if this still happens with a default WordPress theme and no other plugins.
Let me know if it does.

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

    P.S.: For screenshots I recommend gyazo.com
    It’s what I use and it’s helpful.
