Parent missing form page attributes

    Hi,

    I have read various post similar to this and tried some of the suggestions to no avail at present.

    I have a commercial theme installed Standard Theme 2.74 and Page Attributes appears with templates and Order only.

    I am wanting to nest some pages under parent pages.
    Any suggestions?
    Really do appreciate someone taking the time to answer this.
