Parent Page not showing up

I can’t get a parent page to show up when scrolling my website. It is listed in the menu and can be accessed from there but not on the main page like the other parent pages. What am I doing wrong? I have spent hours trying to figure it out. I’m sure it’s something simple I’m missing. Please help.
