Parent theme gone from my "manage themes", and now chid theme wont work!

  • I have an emergency that I need help with!
    I was using business-lite as my parent theme, but my active theme was a child theme of business-lite. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, wordpress started using twenty-eleven as my active theme, and business-lite is gone from my “manage themes” page!
    When I try to activate my child theme, which is still there, I get a message that I do not have sufficient information to access this page.
    It also says on the bottom of my manage themes page the following:

    “Broken Themes
    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    Name
    Description
    Template is missing.”

    I have no idea what caused this- I certainly did not delete the parent theme from my manage themes page.
    What can I do to resolve this? Please help asap!

    I went to install themes, to install business-lite again, and there is no option there to install, only “update”. When I press update, I get the message “the theme is at the latest version”.
    Anyone can help???
