Parental email confirm

hi,

is there any way to have a second email confirmation?
Scenario: a child (age < 18y) registers using his email and a parent’s email.
I want to send 2 confirmation messages, one for child, one for parent.

The account is confirmed only when both of them are confirmed.

Any clues?
