Parse Error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data01/39/2561039/html/wp-content/themes/skt-white/index.php on line 167
This error appeared after I went to remove the code for Latest News section under editor and php.index. This is the third time I have removed this section in this manner. I don’t know what I did wrong this time? Please, help me to resolve this issue.
Also, why do I have to keep removing the Latest News section every time there is an update to this theme?
