Hi! Currently running 5.2.17 locally.

Updated to 5.6.10 and it activated no problem. Thanks!

Just for future reference and completeness sake:
allthough wordpress is compatible with PHP 5.2 tao-schedule-update is not.
Reason being that it uses the ternary operator without the middle part which was introduced in PHP 5.3
