I just installed this plugin to work with my Elementor Pro form. I turned on “Simulate Spam Messages”.

I sent a message as a test and the error message I get says “parseerror. Your submission failed because the form is invalid” instead of “Your submission was successful.”

When I turn off “Simulate Spam Messages” I can submit the form with no issues.

When I deactivate the plugin, my form works as expected.

I can’t use this plugin without testing if it actually works.

    Hi.

I know that behavior and it works as designed . The parse error is what a spam bot would see, as in this case you simulate sending spam. If the message appears in your spam inbox but not at the point where they usually appear everything works as expected.
If you switch off the simulation mode, you should get meaningfull success messages again and the messages shell appear where they are intended to appear.

It is important to switch off that mode as soon as testing is done. As otherwise every incoming submission will be treated as spam.

If you need further help, we can have a call too.

    Cheers, Matthias
