Today installed latest update, plugin doesn’t work anymore:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[', expecting ',' or ';' in /.../wp-content/plugins/memphis-documents-library/includes/mdocs-batch-file-methods.php on line 49

3.5.7 works with PHP 5.53! Great job, thank you.

finally :), I would still recommend updating your php to a newer version.

    Hello,

I have installed MDOCS 3.5.7 on to my staging site. It runs PHP 5.3.9 Same as my live/production site.

It appears to be running OK at this time?

    I have WP 4.6.1 installed.

I have just reactivated and updated MDOCS on my live/production site and 3.5.7 appears to be running OK on PHP 5.3.9

I am speaking with my hosting company about updating, but the only option I have at the moment is PHP 5.5

    Thanks for the support!

I used your instructions to go with 3.5.1, and I’ll keep an eye on this topic

Don’t worried to much about the upgrade, its not a high priority. The reason I have it is for testing proposes my development environment is running 5.6 and have I no way of testing older versions of php.

For the most part everything should work fine but I know the PHP does not support version 5.5 and lower any more.
