Parse error and PHP 5

    Hello
    This theme looks great!

    However I kept getting the following error on activation
    “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /nfs/c05/h01/mnt/70445/domains/tracker.isitgood.net/html/wp-content/themes/quality-control/inc/classes/class-create-taxonomy.php on line 83”

    Once I updated to PHP5 on my server though it went away ??

    Thought I would just put it here to help any others who have a similar problem
