Parse error, can’t even access admin panel

Howdy ho!
My website was working perfectly until this message started to pop up:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected token “as”, expecting “)” in?/var/home/chriscom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-pagenavi/core.php?on line?126
I can’t even access the admin panel to fix the plugin or whatever. How to fix that?

You can try manually deactivating the plugin ‘WP-pagenavi’ from website backend, and see if that solves the issue.
