Parse Error in every theme

  • Hello guys,

    Every time i install any themes i got this error

    Parse error: parse error in C:\wamp\www\wordpress\wp-content\themes\Wcute\index.php on line 32

    How can i fix this?

  • Remove the Wcute theme from your themes folder and see if that resolves the problem. If it does there is something wrong with the code in that theme.

    I tried it on many themes and give me same error everytime.

    Try the default theme.

    Default themes work normally

    Then the error is in the other themes that you have tried so far. Make sure that you download themes that are compatible with your version of WordPress.

    I was using version 2.7.1 which is compatible with this themes , also it didn’t work on this version or last version 2.8.6

    guys by the way i am using wamp , maybe it is the problem or what?

    Unlikely if the default theme works.
