Parse Error in Themes function.php

    I was delete from Plugin Wp Page-Navi. It hung up and I couldn’t do anything to resolve it I refreshed the Plugin installed on the menu. Now I have nothing coming up but I get the following error message from my Safari browser when I try to go to https://roundhousetalk.com

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/roundh9/public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/functions.php on line 612

    I am in a need of a quick response. Can you help me?
