Parse Error preventing me from logging back in

    I was simply changing my theme and as I activated it, I got the following error. I now can’t log in to word press and my website without the error appearing. Not sure how I can fix, if I can’t log in?

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /home/vg004web02/05/01/3010105/web/wp-content/themes/foto/library/includes/extensions.php on line 222
