Parse error – Sitepress multilingual cms

    Having a few problems installing the Sitepress Multilingual CMS, getting the following error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘:’ in /home/balume/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/sitepress.php on line 39

    On that PHP line 39 I have the following:
    require ICL_PLUGIN_PATH . ‘include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’;

    Can someone point me where I’m going wrong with the code.
