Parse error: syntax error, "unexpected end of file"

Thanks for the excellent work on this plugin.

I discovered that unless you have

short_open_tag = On

This plugin won’t activiate saying that there is an Parse error: syntax error, “unexpected end of file” in the file simple-follow-me-social-buttons-widget/includes/widget.php
