• Here is the error I’m recieving when visiting the wordpress portions of my site.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_LNUMBER in D:\hosting\7425228\html\thekeyfacts\wp-content\plugins\gravityforms\form_display.php on line 447

I’m sure it is related to gravity forms, but I am also getting a totally blank dashboard when trying to login to my wordpress as Admin. Can anyone help? Rather new to wordpress.

Follow those instructions although you have already tried that in a sense.
Is it possible this is a wordpress Multisite? I have never used MU or installed it so I wouldn’t know but could that be part of the problem?

    Aventura

What do you mean by “resetting” the plugins folder? I have filezilla open so I can FTP to wherever, I just don’t know what you mean by resetting.

Please see the Codex section at the link I posted above for full instructions.

I renamed the plugins folder to plugins.hold via FTP as instructed, still same result. Blank dashboard and blank page at https://www.wealthient.com/thekeyfacts/

This is getting really aggravating. This site has had no problems in the past, has not been recently updated or changed….

I would be happy to give you access to my FTP so you can look around and see if you see anything fishy. I just don’t have the experience with WP to fix this….I thank you guys for your help.

The site isn’t blank. It’s not being displayed in your browser because of an issue in the header.php template file of your Tweaker 2 theme. I’m sorry to report that your site has been hacked. Try working through these resources:

And update WordPress. You are only using WordPress 3.1 – which may be the reason why the site was hacked.

That’s what I was afraid of. Can you tell me if the content within the WP pages will still be there or is it gone totally? Exploring the options you posted above now…thanks for your help.

The content still appears to be there but please bear in mind that we have no idea what your content was before the hack. You should also not rule out the possibility that the database itself has been compromised.

Earlier on you mentioned that you are using Filezilla. Plain FTP connections or encrypted?

Plain FTP connections to my knowledge. when I look at the index.php file at the location https://www.wealthient.com/thekeyfacts it has been altered, it just says “silence is golden”….lol

If you could help me get this restored, I can’t tell you how much it would mean to me. This is very important…thanks a ton for trying to help.

Plain FTP connections to my knowledge

Switch to using one of the 2 encrypted connection modes in Filezilla. Hackers can intercept and grab ftp login credentials from plain FTP connections.

it just says “silence is golden”.

That’s exactly what it should say. Try working through the resources at the links I posted above.
