  • @prosam,

    You can also download All-in-One Event Calendar version 2.4.1 from this link. Please let me know if this solution work on your other websites, so this would help other community member until the developers gets this fixed.

    Thank you.

    The problem is while updating, because i have tried to install on other WP 4.5.2 and work fine.

    To reactivate the web i disabled the plugins, when i try to turn it back he says : Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /web/htdocs/www.crivarese.it/home/varese/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/lib/calendar-feed/ics.php on line 409

    Removed the latest version (2.5) from the broken site and downloaded/installed the previous version (2.4.1) of the plugin from the other site and we are now good to go on both sites. Download 2.4.1

    Updated to 2.5. Why do i do that until i read the forum for a few days. What an idiot i am.

    I have 4.5.2. Three new issues customers have brought to my attention.
    1. 2.5.0 will not let me change my add-on and front end setting,
    2. all of my all day events are gone when the start time has been met and the calendar only show event start times and not those ongoing during the day. 3. Finally one of my categories jumped from a category to a community. Now that is wacky.

    It would be nice for Time.ly to provide a reset to previous version button!
    I will not update in the future until at least 2 weeks after a release so others can get the bugs out of the live version. Simply too dangerous without a revert to previous version button.
    Tony

    Tuve que desinstalar la version 2.5.0 y he perdido todos los eventos hasta fin de a?o. Debo volver a cargarlos nuevamente???? Alguien sabe si se pueden recuperara de alguna manera?

    GRacias!

    I provided a link to download 2.4.1 above your comment. Download, remove 2.5 and upload 2.4.1 and you should be good to go.

    @diego Battistella

    El plugin no tiene nada que ver con la base de datos, no se supone que hubieses perdido todos los eventos. Si borras el plugin 2.5 y subes el 2.4.1 que yo enlace arriba.

    Updated to 2.5 and it crashed every client site I updated. Had to rename the plugin directory and then install version 2.4.1 to restore site and plugin functionality. The 2.5 update should be pulled immediately until the dev fixes the problem.

    More problems with 2.5.0..
    ical feed export has problems that prevents correct read of ics when parsed through Sabre/Vobject
    Downgraded to 2.4.1 and all works well

    Same problem…. I abort the update, anda replace the old version… waiting solution!

    @prosam
    Thank you very much for the help, I solved the problem.

    When I uninstall 2.5.1 and re install 2.4.1, which was working great for me im getting this:

    “Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/members/jond/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/

    Plugin install failed.

    Return to Plugins page”

    but during the installation of version 2.5.1 it gave me this warning of “uninstalling previous version” then “installation failed”

    any thoughts on how uninstall something I don’t see at all i.e, anything related to V2.4.1

    @26sites
    ftp to site..rename folder wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/
    to something like wp-content/plugins/OLD_all-in-one-event-calendar/
    then install 2.4.1
