    2.5.1 is not working on GoDaddy server.

    You need to upgrade your PHP to version 5.4. It will work.

    I do not have control of what version of PHP godaddy installs on their servers.

    Yeah I just verified. GoDaddy is running PHP Version 5.2.17

    Yes you do. You need to log into your GoDaddy account –> click “manage” on web hosting –> click “Manage” for the domain in question –> click “Programming Languages” –> select PHP 5.4 then continue.

    @placeman you rock. I had no idea. Thank you. This is my clients account so I had to go based on what he told me. Logging in now to make the changes

    I am getting this response: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘, expecting ‘)’ in /home/gtchrist/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/app/model/api/api-feeds.php on line 102

    Do not rush to up your phone uless you discuss with your tech people. you could have compat IU ability issues.

    Hi all.

    Version 2.5.2 has just been released fixing issues related to the compatibility with PHP 5.2

    We are really sorry about that.

    @benjamin, Calvin and Team: Well done (-:

    how do i unsubscribe to the blog posting set of ‘Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in….’

    it tells me to scroll to the top of page and click unsubscribe but I don’t see that

    @benjamin

    We’re on an older server at GoDaddy and the max PHP we can get is 5.3. I’m hesitant to install that if it’s not going to work.

    How about addressing the incompatibility that was created instead of requiring your users to upgrade another software, which could have more repercussions? No offense, just wondering.
