• I just installed a new plugin, social warfare, activated it, then got this: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/47/8837247/html/wp-content/plugins/social-warfare/lib/utilities/SWP_Utility_Trait.php on line 25. I can’t get past this screen when trying to access my site. Please help.

    You’ll need to use FTP, or the file manager in your hosting control panel, to rename the wp-content/plugins/social-warfare directory. That will deactivate the plugin, which will let you access your site again. You should then delete the plugin and report the fatal error to its authors.
