Parse error when logging into my admin/dashboard page

When I try logging in to my blogs admin page I’m hit with this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/93/9721093/html/blog/wp-content/plugins/jm-twitter-cards/classes/utilities.php on line 58I can’t disable the plugin or do anything because I cant see anything but the error. This is only when I log in. My blog loads fine but I am unable to make any changes.
