Parse error when updating Plugin

  • I’m getting an error when I update the plugin

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home4/labotani/public_html/jtgeissinger.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-responsive-thumbnail-slider/wp-responsive-images-thumbnail-slider.php on line 2042

    My wordpress is compatible.

    Is there anyway to get a zip file of the old version so I can fix my site. Maybe 1.0.1 version?

    So basically I found a 1.0 version of your plugin and installed it and it’s now back up but I can not update to the newest version because I get the error above. Any suggestion on how to fix this error? It seems to be in the wp-responsive-images-thumbnail-slider.php on line 2042 issue.

    I’m running 4.8 WordPress as well.
