Parse error with latest version 1.13 install

  • I just installed wordpress and installed the latest Hitchcock theme and I got this error:
    “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/zoolw/public_html/wp-test/wp-content/themes/hitchcock/functions.php on line 523”
