WP Job Manager does not have any built-in function or addons that we know of (https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/) that can pull/parse jobs from other sites.

We used to have integration with Indeed and ZipRecruiter. However, due to API changes on their end, we can no longer enable these integrations.

Just found this one, which looks very interesting, but I did not test this on our site. We are also thinking about this.
