Parsing captions in custom theme

  • I’m developing a custom theme and all is well except that captions are not parsing.

      Either I’m

    • Missing a function that I should be running the content through
    • Missing a function in the functions.php file
    • Have a plugin problem

    That’s all I can suspect. Is there something you have to include when creating themes that handles captions?
