parsing sentences in WP paragraph block

is there a way to divide text sentences in paragraph block. if there are several sentences in a paragraph block, is there a way to select all text and create a new block for each sentence after every punctuation mark? i have a lot of entries from my old sites imported and for my private entries i prefer to analyze a text line by line.

the only workaround i’ve found iis to change the block kind to ‘list block’ and then change it back again to “paragraph block”. this only works if the paragraph block has already added space between sentences.
