Part of my index.php works, part of it doesn’t…

I just moved my old blog to root, and it’s working aside from the comments pop-up. I’ve read all the other “I’ve moved it and it’s broken” posts, and I’m still coming up empty. When I mouseover “Login” it shows the b2/b2login.php path, but when I mouseover the comments like it only shows it’s looking for the commentspopup in the root, and not b2. I know I’ve fiddled a lot of settings over the years with b2, and I may have changed a path reference somewhere. Any idea where the commentspopup tag pulls it’s reference from? I thought it was b2Functions, but that doesn’t seem to be it.
