I’m not sure if I fully understood your question.Could you please specify what you mean by “Three dots” on the home page.If you could provide some screenshots, that would help greatly.

As the page is built with Elementor Page builder one of the sections from the elementor is not visible on the page. Can you contact support channels for Elementor as this is related to the plugin and not the theme.
